available via phone or email for any questions and support through out your pregnancy.
2 x visits to discuss your birth wishes & preferences, and go over birth plan.
Inform partner how they can best support you, advocate for you, giving your partner confidence in being able to support you and hold space for you.
On call from 38 weeks - available for support 24/7 once you go into labour
labour support - emotional and physical support offering comfort measures and pain management techniques.
I can take photos or videos of your birth if you wish.
1 x postpartum visit to check in, to debrief your birth answer any questions you may have etc.
