Firstly, what does it look like to have me as your Birth doula?

My relationship and connection with you and your partner is so important to me.
I strive to get to really know you both to build that trust that is needed.
Birthing your baby is such a vulnerable yet exciting time. 

What can you expect?

You can expect a friendly, trustworthy, non judgmental, potential new friend to hold and support you throughout this journey from the day you book me. 

You can expect to feel confident and excited about your birth.

You can expect your partner to feel at ease and confident in how he can best support you in birth and postpartum.

You can expect all the special moments captured so you can look back on them forever. 

You can expect to be reminded of how strong you are and how to work with your body.

You can expect to feel at ease going into motherhood. 

Doula Package

Inclusions: 
1 x meet and greet (to ensure we feel comfortable with each other) 
Available via phone or email throughout your pregnancy. 
Pregnancy/Maternity photography if you wish. 
2 x visits for birth education and to discuss your birth wishes + preferences and inform your partner on how they can best support you and advocate for you. 
On call from 38 weeks
Available 24/7 once you go into labor 
I will come to your home once your in established labor. 
Labor support - providing you with physical and emotional support, offering a natural comfort measures and pain management techniques. 
I can take photos / videos of your birth for you if you wish. 
I will stay with you until you birth your baby and stay until I know you are settled. 
2 x postpartum visit - to debrief birth, offer any support or information you may need going forward. 
1 x nourishing postpartum meal and snack.
fresh 48 photography included if you wish.
I will be available by phone for the early postpartum with any questions you may have.

The Bloom Package

Inclusions: 
1 x meet and greet (to ensure we feel comfortable with each other) 
Available via phone or email throughout your pregnancy. 
​2.5 hours sessions over 5 weeks going through 5 units of birth education in the comfort of your own home. 
Unit 1- setting the stage
Unit 2 - Falling in love with your baby
Unit 3 advanced visualisation and relaxation plus prepare birth preferences
Unit 4 - Child birth education 
Unit 5 - Birthing and fourth trimester 
HypnoBirthing spiral, HypnoBirthing the Mongen method book, rainbow relaxation and birth affirmation downloads.
Pregnancy/Maternity photography if you wish. 
On call from 38 weeks
